We are excited to offer our premium transmission rebuild that includes our exclusive URB bearings, the best bearing in the industry, These bearings have seen service in multiple race settings such as KOH, short course racing, desert racing, woods racing, drag racing as well as rock bouncers, mud racing and trails and rocks for the recreational wheeler. We are very proud to say that we have not had one single failure. We have also developed our own Sub Input shaft retainer that by all standards is the strongest most robust retainer on the market today, We have also paired that with our high gear c clip delete that was also designed and manufactured in house, these are a two piece design that promotes better oiling to the high gear needle bearing. We first completely dismantle the entire transmission, every part gets cleaned through a multi step process, Chemically cleaned in our 180 degree Aquas cleaner that removes all oil and dirt deposits, from there the cases move on to our Vapor Hone, this is where magic happens, this machine removes all dirt and stains that accumulate over time inside and outside of the transmission giving them a brand new appearance. From there every gear and shaft gets a thorough visual inspection for damage, chips and wear, if the gear or shaft is suspect then we may recommend that they be replaced, seal surfaces on shafts and final drive gears are then polished to a mirror like finish to ensure and promote sealing and seal service life. We then install bearings on shafts and re install into the transmission housing, we then set backlash to proper depth, use a premium case sealant and bench test each transmission.
Our transmission rebuilds are backed by a 2 year warranty against failure from any work we performed and gears that we replace, we do not warranty reused gear and/or shafts. we also carry a lifetime warranty on our bearing, pinion retainer and high gear c clip delete.
