Transmission Gear Reductions Done right all in one place! 

  • 21% good for trail riding with 32-33” tires. Doesn’t affect high or Reverse
  • 42% good for trail riding and some light/moderate crawling with 33-35” tires does not affect high or reverse
  • 13%, good across the board reduction for those that have gone to a larger tire, 32”-33” reduces L/H/R equally feels like stock gearing with 32”-33” tires
  • 33/12/12, this is for light to moderate crawling with 32”-33” tire or just to lower the gearing with 30’s.
  • 54/12/12, this is geared for the more serious crawler with 35’s that still want some top speed.
  • 46/25/25 this is for those that like to crawl with a 33”-35” tire and have some great throttle response and zip through trails in high gear
  • 67/25/25 this is for the serious crawler on the most obscene trails, not for the faint of heart, 35”+ tire size recommend.

Upgraded bearing kit for you Polaris Rzr. This is the same kit that we put in all our in house built transmissions that we offer a 1 year warranty on. We are able to offer that warranty due to these bearings and other products such as the XD Pinion Retainer and the High Speed Gear Shim. These are designed to stand up to the extreme abuse our customers put their machines through. From racing, trail riding, rock crawling or carving through the Dunes this is the kit that will last!

XIT OFFROAD Polaris XP RZR Pinion Gear Bearing Retainer for Turbo Transmissions

The XIT OFFROAD bearing plate is 9.5MM thick of fiber laser cut A36 steel and ARP 8740 chromoly hardware. The plate has been black zinc coated and larger internal and external dimensions to make them even stronger than ever.
The OEM pinion bearing retainer is notorious for malfunctioning and is one of the two weakest components in the Polaris transmission. When it fails, the pinion gear moves away from the snorkel gear and causes immediate damage. Not only will you lose 4WD, but now you have broken metal debris in your transmission getting stuck in between gears. What started off as great weekend will result in being broken down on the trail leaving you with serious damage, and lots of money wasted on what used to be a transmission.

XIT OFFROAD Polaris XP RZR High Speed Gear C Clip delete

The XIT OFFROAD High Speed Gear C Clip delete replaces the retainer clip and thrust washer in the Polaris UTV transmissions. These retainer clips often break and allow the gear to drop out of alignment and immediately destroy your input shaft, high speed gear and putting your transmission in a false neutral with broken metal debris damaging many other gears. This can leave you stranded in the middle of your ride far away from camp or even losing your favorite race.
How it happens:
The dynamics of the helical cut gears side load up against the retainer clip so hard that it will either break or push it out of it’s groove.
The solution:
By replacing the retainer clip and thrust washer with the precision machine, metal High Speed Gear C Clip Delete there is nowhere for this gear to move out of alignment because it’s up against the bearing race. The High Speed Gear C Clip delete becomes the new and improved thrust washer.
