Our RS1 rebuild consist of the same high quality parts that our complete differential comes with for years of worry free operation. What makes our differential rebuild different is it comes packed with all the essentials that make it tough as nails, We start by taking your differential and completely disassemble, inspect, and clean, We then Super Polish the gears for smooth, quite operation as well as reduced friction and reduced oil temps, we then add our high quality bearings and seals for long life and extreme loads, we then add our billet sprague, billet torsion spring retainer and steel cage plate, each differential is bench tested before being returned, we check for proper operation and that your magnet is within spec. There are zero plastic pieces within this differential. These will come with a 6 month warranty. Rebuild time is approximately 7-10 days.
