Our bearing kit consist of high quality URB bearings, These bearings are built to the strictest standards and offered as a must have upgrade to your factory bearings which are prone to failure. These bearings are manufactured under ISO9001, EN ISO14001 and IATF 16949. These bearings are built for abuse. We are so confident in these bearings that we offer an industry leading lifetime warranty.
Our pinion retainer is made in house to our specs, We have invested much time and energy to make sure that we are providing the highest quality product on the market, Our Pinion retainers are made from hardened A36 carbon steel and have gone through several iterations, They are a full 9.5MM thick but it doesn’t stop at just thickness, our retainers are more robust in every way, they are larger in outside diameter and smaller in inside diameter, this allows us to have more clamping force as well as a more robust bolting area, we use an Stainless 18-8 bolt for our retainers and is rated at 70,000 psi tensile strength.
Our high speed C clip delete is a must for any transmission that uses a c clip to retain the high gear in position on the reverse shaft, we use a two piece design that we have found to provide better oiling characteristics for the needle bearing that the high gear rides on. These will allow you to push your machine harder without fear of the c clip failing which is often the case.
We use high quality seals that will provide years of worry free service.
